Support

Standard Support Services enables us to guide you in implementing the Open Elms system onto your own company intranet. This includes 24 hour telephone/email support with issues such as:

• Installation
• Integration with data systems (Active Directory, PeopleSoft, SAP etc.)
• Setup of company data
• Version control and upgrades
• Open Elms 3D Creator - create your own 3-D training course

 

 

 

 

Hosting

Standard Hosting Service includes everything you need to run the Open Elms system on the internet - with your own branded online login and Open Elms application hosted on our SSL secure web servers. This includes

• Full access to Open Elms over the web
• Company set up on web servers (no installation necessary)
• Company login page
• Uploading courses

 

 

 

Additional Services

Additional e-learning course creation and customisation (charged from £300 GBP or $450 USD per page) services are offered. For further details see the section on e-learning course development.

On site training for users of the Learning Management System or Open Elms 3D Creator can also be obtained.
