If you want to sell /cross-sell our products you will get reseller discount of at least 20%. This margin implies active promotion of our products. Depending on the sales you generate and the level of promotion you offer, the margin can increase.

Our Requirement

We are currently looking for resellers, affiliates and system integrators in non-UK markets to actively sell and implement the services that surround the Open Elms core offering.

Our Services for Sale

Open Elms offers the following income streams from its core Open Source offering. We are looking for partners to actively sell and promote all or just some of the following services:

Support

Standard Support Services enables us to guide you in implementing the Open Elms system onto your own company intranet. This includes 24 hour telephone/email support with issues such as:

• Installation
• Integration with data systems (Active Directory, People Soft, SAP etc.)
• Setup of company data
• Version control and upgrades
• Open Elms 3D Creator - create your own 3-D training course

 

 

 

We would encourage you to direct your prospective clients to or where we can deal with enquiries during the sales process. Note this is a pre-support service and as such should only be used for general user discussion and feedback.

Hosting

Standard Hosting Service includes everything you need to run the Open Elms system on the internet - with your own branded online login and Open Elms application hosted on our secure web servers. This includes

• Full access to Open Elms over the web
• Company set up on web servers (no installation necessary)
• Company branded login page
• Dedicated company database
• Uploading courses and all other admin functionality

 

 

 

Course Development

e-learning course creation and customisation (charged from £300 GBP or $450 USD per page - this increases to £500 or $750 with an English speaking video presenter) services are offered.

The reseller would work with their client to form an e-learning script. This would then be passed to our development team for a formal quote before work commences. Please contact info@openelms.org for further details.

Course Sales

Open Elms is supplied with a number of e-learning courses which can be purchased for use with Open Elms or other Learning Management Systems.

Resellers of these e-learning courses can have them branded with the resellers' branding or they can sell them directly through our store at www.openelms.org/store.htm.

Training

On site training for users of the Learning Management System or Open Elms 3D Creator can also be obtained. This is usually charged out at £700 GBP or $1050 USD per day

Our Reseller Commitment

We will support you throughout the selling process, offering technical support to your clients and a platform upon which to demonstrate any of the above services.

We will enable you to use our client support services (including Twitter and Facebook) to enable you to keep an on-going communication channel with out technical specialists.

If you are newly promoting Open Elms within a territory we will list you on our web site as an authorized reseller within that territory. We may also give you exclusive rights to that area upon making your first sale for a limited amount of time (usually 3 months.)

We will from time to time offer you exclusive promotions and offers to give to your prospective clients.

We will hold your hand throughout the process until you are up and running.

• Sample Letters

• Training in demonstrating the system and highlighting its benefits
