Delivery Method
Courses can be installed and run on your own intranet. If you do not have your own SCORM compliant Learning Management System, you will need to first install the FREE open source LMS supplied by us - Open Elms.

Alternatively let us run the system for you. You will be supplied with an online access page with a number of user IDs for your personnel. You will also be provided with access to reporting tools.

 

Support and Upgrades
Support and upgrades allows you unlimited technical and user support in installing and configuring the system. You also get free upgrades of the courses - vital for keeping the content fresh.

 

Bespoke Services

Returns Policy:

Note the purchaser has the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods so long as the e-Learning course is not registered within this time (otherwise it can be used within this period free of any restrictions). You will be notified of this when registering the course with Open Elms.

 

If the order is canceled (this must be confirmed in writing by email or fax within the 7 day period) then you will have your payment returned within 28 days (in accordance with EU regulations).
